NOTE: Before starting the show, Bruce recalled the time he wrecked the auditorium's balcony - on November 6, 1975 in the same venue, the crowd was worked into such a frenzy the balcony visibly swayed. Scottsdale local Nils Lofgren had an interesting few days: the night before, on October 20, he joined Bob Dylan on stage at the Compton Terrace.
